To all of our Year 7 Parents and Carers,

We wanted to share with you a flavour of what your children have been experiencing and enjoying during their first term here with us at St John's through our Year 7 newsletter.

Whether trying out new games, sharing family pics or live streaming lunch, this December we will probably be spending more time online playing and socialising. Here’s our guide on how you can support your child to be safer online this season.

We would like to thank everyone for their generosity in getting involved in this year's House Christmas Card Competition. Congratulations to the four finalists, who were given their prizes this week. And a special congratulations to Ella Gemski of Bede House, who sold the most cards, winning 200 points for Bede House!

Sixth form students have been taking part in '12 days of Christmas' in which they have brought an item in for the food bank donation over a 12 day period.
The Salvation Army will distribute the food to families over the Christmas period - Well done Sixth form.

Year 12 students have been busy passing on kindness during advent by writing Christmas cards to local residential homes for residents who wouldn’t otherwise get any cards over Christmas.
