Magic Weekend

On the 25th May over forty students and staff travelled to the Etihad Stadium in Manchester to watch the first day’s fixtures of Rugby League’s Magic weekend. The students had a fantastic day, watching four matches in glorious sunshine. The four matches included the Catalan Dragons against London Broncos; Castleford Tigers versus Wakefield Wildcats; a heated Hull derby between Hull FC and Hull Kingston Rovers and finally St Helens versus Warrington Wolves. Students and staff alike also took advantage of a range of activities and events outside the stadium. A special mention must go to Mr Morely for his outstanding performance in the reactions test!
